Evolve from Toxel at Level 30.

What Nature is Best for Toxtricity?

As Toxtricity relies more on Special moves than Physical Moves, we recommend the Modest nature, which lowers Attack and raises Special Attack.

The Modest Nature will cause Toxel to evolve into Toxtricity in the Low Key Form, so if you would prefer a Toxtricity in Amped Form, consider using a Mint to change an Amped Form Toxtricity's Nature to Modest.
