Hurricane Competitive Analysis

Hurricane is one of the strongest Flying-type move available as it has a base power of 110. In addition to the power, this move also has a 30% chance to inflict confusion to target.

This move has a lot of neat interaction. One of them is the fact that Hurricane bypasses the accuracy checks under Rain. Another one is, this move hits Pokemon that are in their semi-invulnerable stage due to Bounce or Fly. These two make Hurricane a staple in Rain teams.
