Frenzy Plant Competitive Analysis

Frenzy Plant has the highest base power for Grass-type moves (excluding Max moves) making it a strong finishing move for Grass-types.

However, the drawback of being unable to move the following turn removes Frenzy Plant's viability in most generations. Solar Beam is quite similar of a move except it removes the dead turn under Harsh Sunlight.
