Competitive Analysis

Blast Burn is one of the strongest Fire-type moves with a 150 Base Power that's offset by 90 Accuracy and the fact that it causes the user to recharge and unable to move the next turn.

When used during Dynamax, it becomes Max Flare and retains the 150 Base Power but removes the recharge mechanic and instead sets up harsh sunlight
