Hydro Cannon Competitive Analysis

Hydro Cannon is one of the strongest damaging Water-type move in the game. The 150 base power makes this the ideal finishing move for any Water-type Pokemon.

However, the drawback of needing to recharge afterwards is big. We suggest simply using moves such as Hydro Pump which offers similar power.
