Competitive Analysis

Take Down has the effect of dealing 1/4 damage of the user's current HP. This move has a good base power, and can be used particularly for Normal-types due to the STAB they receive from this -- but due to the recoil, this move should be used sparingly. An alternative move to this could be Body Slam since it does not have recoil.

Take Down Locations

Take Down can only be learned via Level Up, Egg Moves, or by Default.
