The Still Water's Flow can be unlocked once Travelers have completed both the Omnipresence Over Mortals Archon Quest and The Moon-Bathed Deep quest series. The Still Water's Flow is a continuation of the Moon-Bathed Deep's quest storyline!

Important Notes for The Still Water's Flow Quest

Key Sigil Locations

The two Key Sigils you need for the quest are located in the areas marked above. You'll encounter some enemies, but you can ignore them and just go straight for the Key Sigils!

Cave Location

The cave is located on the side of a cliff!

It's a bit hard to find because the cave is just a tiny hole on the side of the cliff, right next to a waterfall. Just use the Teleport Waypoint west of Bourou Village, walk over to the cliffside near the marked location, and glide down until you see the cave!

The Still Water's Flow

The now-awakened Enkanomiya calls out to a hero. Beneath the still waters lies a new realm.

Talk to Tsuyuko
Talk to Tsuyuko at the altar
Look for the remaining Key Sigils (0/2)
Follow Tsuyuko's instructions and activate all the altars (0/2)
Talk to Tsuyuko
Descend into Enkanomiya
Investigate the cavern

Full Quest Walkthrough

	Objectives
1	Talk to Tsuyuko in front of the Sangonomiya Shrine.
2	Tsuyuko will ask you to collect 2 Key Sigils. One will be on an island to the North of Watatsumi, while the other is in the cave from the final part of the Moon-Bathed Deep Quest.
3	The Key Sigil located to the north of Watatsumi will have 3 Ruin Sentinels guarding it. You can choose to defeat the Ruin Sentinels or ignore them completely and go straight for the Key Sigil.
4	The Key Sigil can be found inside the cave from the Moon-Bathed Deep quest. It will be guarded by 2 Hydro Fatui Skirmisher and 1 Mirror Maiden. Just like with the Ruin Sentinels, you can either defeat the enemies first or just go straight for the Key Sigil!
5	After collecting two Key Sigils, activate the two altars adjacent to the Sangonomiya Shrine.
6	Once you have activated the altars, talk to Tsuyuko in front of the Sangonomiya Shrine once more.
7	Jump into the swirling waters in the middle of the island.
8	Go to the Teleport Waypoint just beyond the cavern to complete the quest and get the N-Thousand Leagues Under the Sea achievement!

Bring a Cryo DPS or Sub-DPS to easily defeat the Ruin Sentinels, Hydro Fatui Skirmishers and MIrror Maiden that you will encounter while collecting Key Sigils! Pair them with Hydro Characters to apply the Freeze reaction to the Ruin Sentinels as well!
