How to Unlock “Fang of Watatsumi”

Go to Watatsumi Island and Talk to Tsuyuko

“Fang of Watatsumi” is located at Watatsumi Island, in the nation of Inazuma. You can start the Moon-Bathed Deep quest after talking to the NPC Tsuyuko in Mouun Shrine.

The Eye of Watatsumi, Fang of Watatsumi, Fin of Watatsumi, and Tail of Watatsumi sub-quests will appear at the same time and can be completed in any order.

“Fang of Watatsumi” Walkthrough

Go to the ''Fang'' in Watatsumi

From the location where you spoke to Tsuyuko, you can head north of the Sangonomiya Shrine to find the ''Fang.''

Read the Stone Tablet at The Fang

Go near the shrine and read the Ancient Stone Tablet. It will prompt you to protect a Ley Line Monolith to unlock.

Protect the Ley Line Monolith

During the challenge, you need to defeat at least 8 waves of enemies. These enemies vary from Hilichurls, Samachurls, Mitachurls, Treasure Hoarders, Nobushi, and Kairagi.

Use the two Thunder Dwelling that will spawn in the area to deal AoE Electro DMG on the enemies. Once the challenge starts, grab an Electrogranum to activate the Thunder Dwelling. Having an Anemo character like Sucrose or Kazuha also help in crowd control!

Obtain the Spirit Pearl

After completing the challenge, go back to the shrine and obtain the Spirit Pearl. You can go to the next part of the quest series! If you have broken the seals on all four of the shrines, the Heart of Watatsumi will appear next!
