How to Unlock Orobashi's Legacy: Prologue
Complete the Prerequisite Quest
To unlock Orobashi's Legacy: Prologue, you must have first completed Ritou Escape Plan, of the Chapter 3: Act 1 of the Archon Quests.
Head to Fort Futijou
Then head to Fort Futijou thru the Statue of the Seven, and head north, passing through the valley filled with Tatarigami. Continue pressing on until you see Kaji standby a madeshift camp.

Talk to Kaji
Talk to Kaji, and listen to him ramble about how the people of Sangonomiya destroyed the Ward of Ogosho, and how it resulted to the miasma referred to as the Tatarigami. Doing so unlocks the quest chains of the Orobashi's Legacy!
