Complete the Prerequisite Quests

The fourth and final part of the Seirai Stormchasers quest series will automatically be unlocked once you've finished Seirai Stormchasers: Part III.

Seirai Stormchasers: Part IV Walkthrough

Go to the Warding Stone's Location

Go to the fourth and final Warding Stone on a floating rock south of Amakumo Peak. You can get here through Thunder Spheres and there will be a Teleport Waypoint again!

Touch the Paper Charm Hangars

To get to the fourth Paper Charm Hangar, summon an Electrogranum and follow the Thunder Sphere path to another Thunder Sakura Bough. Follow the Thunder Spheres again until you get to this Paper Charm Hangar!

Touch the Three Paper Charm Hangars Around the Warding Stone

Three of the Paper Charm Hangars are already surrounding the Warding Stone. Touch all three Paper Charm Hangars around the Warding Stone to continue the sealing process.

Seal the Warding Stone

Seal the final Warding Stone by rotating the bottom two times, then the top two times as well.

Match the Number of Paper Charms

For this final Warding Stone, it will be easier for you to face all Warding Stones to their respective Paper Charms as they are all on a single floating island. Note that all three sides must lit up for you to solve this puzzle.

Continue Exploring

A cutscene will play, and a platform below the Warding Stone will form. Go down and approach the Electro waves in the middle of the platform. Remember to have a party ready to fight the Thunder Manifestation!

Defeat all Opponents

While exploring the large platform, you will be met with the Thunder Manifestation! Defeat the Thunder Manifestation to progress the quest!

Continue Exploring

Continue exploring by going to the edge of the platform and summoning an Electrogranum. Once again, follow the Thunder Sphere path upwards.

Collect the Treasure Chests, Electroculus, and Peculiar Pinion

At the end of the trail, there will be a Precious Chest, a Luxurious Chest, and an Electroculus! Collect all of these, and the Peculiar Pinion at the location as well, which is used in the Through the Mists quest chain.

How to Use the Peculiar Pinion

Report Back to Taisuke and Eiko

Go back to where Eiko and Taisuke are waiting and finish the conversation with them to complete the quest series!
