How to Unlock Seirai Stormchasers: Part I
Talk to Katheryne in Inazuma or Eiko in Seirai Island
Begin the full Seirai Stormchasers quest series by talking to Katheryne in Inazuma. You will then be asked to find and talk to Eiko in Seirai Island. You can also unlock the quest by going straight to Eiko's location!
Seirai Stormchasers: Part I Walkthrough
Go to Investigate the Warding Stone
After talking to Eiko, go to investigate the Warding Stone south of the Statue of the Seven in Seirai Island.
Follow the Cat Footprints and Explore up Ahead
While investigating the Warding Stone, you'll find cat footprings that you can follow further into the island until you reach Asase Shrine.
Explore the Shrine
Explore the shrine and talk to the black cat, Neko, about the Warding Stones!
Check on the Offering Box
Check on the Offering Box nearby, which Neko will ask you to fix.
Go to the Village and Look for Materials with Which to Initiate Repairs
Head to Koseki Village to try finding materials to fix the Offering Box. You will come across Treasure Hoarders that you have to defeat. One of the Treasure Hoarders will point you towards their camp.
Go to the Treasure Hoarder Camp
Go to the Treasure Hoarder camp, and defeat the Treasure Hoarders there! Afterwards, you can search for repair materials in the camp.
Return to the Asase Shrine and Fix the Offering Box
After gathering the materials, return to Asase Shrine and you can fix the Offering Box.
Report back to Neko
Report back to Neko after fixing the Offering Box, and she will teach you the method to seal the Warding Stones. Go back to Eiko and Taisuke afterwards!
Seal the Warding Stone
To seal the warding stone, you must touch all three Paper Charm Hangars and then rotate the bottom of the Warding Stone two times.
Match the Number of Paper Charms
Face the Warding Stone to the right pole by matching the number of Paper Charms on both areas. As they are near each other, it will be easy for you to rotate their appropriate side!
After successfully sealing the warding stone, the storm will recede and Seirai Stormchasers: Part II will be unlocked!

Seirai Stormchasers: Part I is a subquest of the quest, Seirai Stormchasers, where you join the Adventurers Eiko and Taisuke in uncovering the mystery of Seirai Island's constant thunderstorms.
