How to Unlock Shuumatsuban Operations
Complete Omnipresence Over Mortals
To unlock this quest, you must complete Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 3 of the Inazuma storyline in Genshin Impact.
Chapter 2: Act 3 Story Walkthrough
Do the Time Locked Strange Fortune Slip
You also must complete the Strange Fortune Slip Missions which will take you 4 days in real time.
After completing all four missions of the Strange Fortune Slip, go to the Grand Narukami Shrine and collect ''A Note Left by Someone'' then head to the marked location. Going there will trigger a cutscene and unlock the Shuumatsuban Operations Quest.

- Head for the safehouse to investigate
- Go to the safehouse to look for Gendou Ringo
- Find the three spies (0/3)
- Win the trust of the spy in Ritou
- Win the trust of the spy in Inazuma City
- Win the trust of the spy at the hot springs
- Report your intel to Momoyo
Shuumatsuban Operations Walkthrough

| 1 |  To activate the quest, adjust the in-game time ahead by 24 hours, then use the Teleport Waypoint that's nearby the Adventurers' Guild in Inazuma |
| 2 |  Head to the safehouse in Mt. Yougou and talk to Gendou Ringou. |
| 3 |  Talk to the three spies found around Narukami Island and gain their trust. Make sure to select the "Nothing much" option after every conversation with the spy to avoid combat. |
| 4 |  Head back to the safehouse and talk to Momoyo. |

If you make enough mistakes or purposely reveal yourself after gaining their trust, you will end up having to fight them. Don't worry though, this will not have any impact on final outcome of the quest!
