To unlock The Replacement's Secret World Quest, you must complete the Shuumatsuban Operations World Quest, which is the first part of the ''Very Special Fortune Slip'' series.
Shuumatsuban Operations World Quest
Give the Bamboo Slip that has elemental powder on it to the impostor Gendo Ringou (Lyudochka). This way, you can tail her.

| 1 |  Go to the Grand Narukami Shrine and give the Bamboo Slip to Gendou Ringo. |
| 2 |  Adjust the time to 21:00 - 23:00. |
| 3 |  Go to the marked location nearby. |
| 4 |  Use Elemental Sight and follow the purple trail to pursue the fake Gendou Ringo. |
| 5 |  Approach Lyudochka and defeat her. |
| 6 |  Head back to the headquarters to talk to Momoyo and give her the ''Final Instructions''. |
| 7 |  Head to the back of Yae Publishing House in Inazuma City to collect Lyudochka's Clothes. |
| 8 |  Head back to the headquarters to talk to Momoyo and give her 8 Raw Meat, 3 Sea Ganoderma, 4 White Iron Chunks, and Lyudochka's Clothes. |
| 9 |  Get outside the headquarters and adjust the time to tomorrow at 14:00 - 18:00. |

During the quest, you will have to use Elemental Sight and follow the elemental trail to catch up to the fake Gendou Ringo.
Once you head down the first set of stairs, you will find a small floating island with a Thunder Sakura Bough. Just glide towards there to summon an Electrogranum then use the Lightning Strike Probes to get to the next destination.
