To unlock Orobashi's Legacy: Part V, you must have first completed the previous subquest of this questline, Orobashi's Legacy: Part IV!
Orobashi's Legacy: Part IV Quest Guide
Head to Fort Mumei, and investigate the Ruins' interior. You will see Electro Pillars all around the ruins.
To repair the Ward, you'll have to remove the water barrier by solving the Thunderbearer Mirror, and Sacred Stone Mound puzzle around it!

| 1 |  To remove the water barrier, you must first solve the pillar puzzle first surrounding the ruins. Follow the order of the pillars above to easily do it! |
| 2 |  For #1, adjust the Sacred Stone Mound two times towards east. |
| 3 |  For #2, do not adjust the orientation of the Mirror, but adjust elevation two times, until the beam faces horizontally. |
| 4 |  For #3, adjust the Mirror 2 times towards southeast, and adjust the elevation once until the beam faces horizontally. |
| 5 |  For #4, adjust the Mirror 2 times facing southeast, and adjust the elevatioin one time, until it aligns horizontally. |
| 6 |  As for #5, adjust the Thunderbearer Mirror three times facing northeast. Do not adjust the elevation. |
| 7 |  Lastly, for #6, adjust the orientation of the mirror 2 times, towards the water barrier. Do not adjust the elevation. |

| 1 |  To repair the ward, defeat the Maguu Kenki enemy guarding the pillar, and submit the Pearl and Warding stone to the ward. Note that it might cause your character to freeze with the water on the ground when battling the boss! |
| 2 |  Afterwards, solve the Pressure Plate puzzle beneath the Fort Mumei arch, and use the Electrogranum that spawns after solving the puzzle to reach the Rock Pillar Pearl! The Warding Stone should be located west of the Maguu Kenki's location. |
Afterwards, report back to Kaji after suppressing the spread of Tatarigami. After briefly telling you what entails the suppression of the miasma, Kaji gives you the Kitain Cross Spear, diagram!
Orobashi's Legacy: Part V is a subquest of the quest, Orobashi's Legacy, where clear out the remaining traces of Tatarigami from the corpse of Orobashi, the revered Serpent god of Inazuma!
