Wriothesley's banner debut was available all throughout Phase 2 of Version 4.1, from October 17, 2023 to November 7, 2023! His banner ran alongside Venti's banner rerun on the same dates.

Both banners featured Dori, Thoma, and Chongyun as 4-star characters on Rate-Up during Version 4.1 Phase 2!
