To the north of Fontaine, the map expands in Version 4.1. You may have already seen the floating aquatic cubes in the distance, which was briefly mentioned back in the 4.0 Livestream. These will now be accessible as the region's main attraction!
Other places of interest include the Fortress of Meropide, which is governed by the Duke, Wriothesley!

Two new 5-Star Catalysts, 4 Event-Wish Exclusive weapons, and 1 free event 4-Star Catalyst are this version's new set of weapons! The catalysts are Wriothesley and Neuvilette's best-in-slot weapons.

The Archon Quest saga in Fontaine continues with two new Acts! Like in Sumeru, we may expect it to ramp up the story and conclude it by Version 4.2!

Get to know more about the Iudex of Fontaine and the Warden of the Fortress of Meropide with Neuvilette's and Wriothesley's story quests! Wriothesley's quest is on the second phase as his banner is released at that time.
If you are familiar with Honkai: Star Rail's daily task system, Version 4.1 will finally have something like that in Genshin Impact! Starting in the new version, you can now take on multiple adventure encounters of your choosing, which counts towards your Encounter Points.

Numerous outlets have reported on Hu Tao and Venti being the re-run characters; any reason we haven't updated this page with that yet? Hu Tao is not even in the list of speculated re-run characters on this site even though she's as good as confirmed.
