How to Get to Liffey Region

Head North of the Court of Fontaine

The Liffey Region encompasses half of the northern part of the Court of Fontaine.

Dive Underwater in Fontaine

A large part of the Liffey Region is underwater, connected to the Thalatta Submarine Canyon in the Court of Fontaine region. This is also where the Fortress of Meropede can be located.

Fortress of Meropide

Fortress of Meropide is the underwater place of exile in Fontaine. It's where criminals, convicts, and the accused are sent to after their trial in the Opera Epiclese.

It's also where Tartaglia has been transported, following the events after the As Light Rain Falls Without Reason Archon quest.

Secret Underwater Cave

Nearby the Fortress of Meropide is a secret underwater cave which developed a strange ecology due to the levels of Arkhium inside! This cave is to the west of the Liffey Region, down by the Mont Esus East island.

Yseut	On the cliff to the west the Liffey Region's Statue of The Seven, on a wooden platform with torches.
Luachra the Brilliant	Found underwater, on the northeast end of the Liffey Region, surrounded by a bunch of seaweed.

Local Legends are mini-bosses found in Fontaine. These enemies have sizeable HP and reward players with a treasure chest and an Achievement when you defeat them for the first time!
