Morte Region	Erinnyes Forest

Another map expansion for the Fontaine Region was introduced in Version 4.2! The Erinnyes Forest, located east of Fontaine was mentioned to be the primary setting of the World Quest, The Wild Fairy of Erinnyes!

Conversely, the conclusion for the Narzissenkreuz World Quest, takes place in Morte Region, as well as the World Quest, Search in the Algae Sea, which focuses on the Sealed Ruined Tower!

New Enemies and Bosses

All-Devouring Narwhal Weekly Boss

A new weekly boss is introduced in Version 4.2, the All-Devouring Narwhal! As mentioned during the 4.2 Livestream, this boss has two phases, first one being the Whale Boss, the second one, being the Humanoid boss.

The first phase of the All-Devouring Narwhal boss is similar to the Whale shown during the Act 4 of Chapter 4 of the Archon Quest, Catalcysm's Quickening, as it is connected to Tartaglia's disappearance!

Masquerade of the Guilty, Act 5 of the Chapter 4 Archon Quest is released in Version 4.2! This act is also the final act of the Fontaine Archon Quest! This Archon Quest also features, one of the long-awaited characters in the game, Tartaglia's master, Skirk!

Trounce Domain Quick Challenge Feature

Unlock Single-Player Weekly Bosses at AR 40

Once Version 4.2 hits the live servers, travelers who have reached Adventure Rank 40 or above, can challenge Weekly Bosses right off the bat without completing their prerequisite quests! Players can only do this in single player mode and through the Adventurer Handbook.

The open world entrance to these Trounce Domains will only open after completing the prerequisite quests.

Story Quest Unlock and Start Separated

It was also announced for this version that unlocking and accepting a Story Quest will become two separate actions after Version 4.2. This means that travelers can unlock a story quest without having to immediately see it in the Quest Journal!

Players are also able to see a list of prerequisite conditions for locked Story Quests or Hangouts, and easily navigate the conditions from there.

Genius Invokation Optimizations

Accelerate Duel Feature

The Accelerate Duel feature isintroduced in Version 4.2's Genius Invokation TCG! When enabled, this feature will increase the speed of dice rolls, round hints, and other interface animations. Decks are also increased from 10 to 20!

Deck Sharing Code

Players are also able to share their decks in the form of codes in Version 4.2, as well as use decks shared by others, with the Deck Sharing Code feature.
