In Version 2.8, a new sword weapon is obtainable for free, the Kagotsurube Isshin. This weapon was also introduced as the Cursed Blade. You can get this weapon after completing Kazuha's Story Quest!

New Handbook Pages in 2.8

Version 2.8 introduced two new Adventurer Handbook Pages, the ''Guide'' and ''Embattle''.

The ''Guide'' page will show recommended priority quests, while the ''Embattle'' will have missions in which players must complete Elemental Achievements to receive the corresponding rewards.

1	Reduces the ATK of Nobushi, Kairagi, and Specters.
2	Adjusts the performance of Rifthounds and Specters after getting hit.
3	Reduces the HP, RES to interruption, and increases the HP Percentage to fill up the Fury meter of Specters.
4	Specters can now be affected by the pull effect as long as it is not in the "expanded" state
5	When picking up an item drop, the drop will also show the number of its stacks if it is greater than 1.
6	Attribute filtering of Artifacts gives priority to displaying Artifacts' primary attribute
7	Adds the Traveler Character Level-Up prompts to the character screen.
