Wriothesley's Best-in-Slot

The Cashflow Supervision is Wriothesley's best-in-slot weapon, as its passive and stats are perfectly fashioned to work with his kit. And since each normal attack hit is Cryo-infused, the bonus ATK SPD at max stacks also equate to better elemental DMG and application!

Neuvillette may also use Cashflow Supervision for the Charged ATK buff, but keep in mind that the ATK and ATK SPD buffs are wasted on him. If you are running out of other alternative options, you can check his build page as well!

Requires HP Manipulation for Other Characters to Use

As a stat stick, this weapon is viable for any DPS characters who thrive for ATK and CRIT Rate stats. However, like Tome of the Eternal Flow, its passive is only viable for other characters provided that you can meet its requirement of fluctuating HP.

At the moment, no other DPS catalyst user can actively manipulate their HP the way Wriothesley and Neuvillette can. Therefore, be sure to bring a healer and lessen the use of shields if you wish to take advantage of the weapon's Passive Talent.
