Adventure Encounter Points - Daily Commissions in 4.1

The Daily Commissions features a new system called Adventure Encounters in Genshin Impact 4.1. You can now use Encounter Points to exchange for daily rewards instead of doing the normal commissions! See its mechanics and release date in this guide.

New Daily Reward Mechanic in 4.1

Adventure Encounters is a new daily reward mechanic introduced in Version 4.1 of Genshin Impact. This mechanic allows players to collect Encounter Points and exchange them for daily rewards without doing Daily Commissions.

Complete Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 3

Players must reach Adventure Rank 35 or complete Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 3 - Omnipresence Over Mortals, to unlock the Adventure Encounters.

How to Get Encounter Points

Complete Quests, Events, Exploration

Players can collect Encounter Points every time they complete a quest, participate in an event, carry out exploration, and collect materials! They are only valid for one day.

All Methods of Obtaining Encounter Points

1. Complete any types of Quests.
2. Obtain Oculi or other collectible items.
3. Open any types of treasure chests.
4. Complete event objectives.

For every completed objective, you will increase the points needed by a portion of the encounter points! For example, obtaining an oculi gives you 1/2 of the Encounter Point, while opening a Common Chest gives you a miniscule amount.

How to Use Encounter Points

Exchange Points for Daily Commission Rewards

A certain number of Encounter Points can be exchanged for the equivalent reward of a single Daily Commission. Also, the claim attempts and reward limit for both Adventure Encounters and Daily Commissions are shared!

This means that once you've claimed all rewards from your Daily Commissions thru Encounter Points, you won't be able to gain rewards from Daily Commissions even after completing them! Don't worry, as you will still progress on the Battle Pass either way!
