Duat Hall can be found underground in The Dune of Magma ruins. You can access this area by finishing the Golden Slumber and starting the Old Notes and New Friends world quest.

How to Go to Duat Hall

Genshin - Dual Evidence - Release the Ember Until it Reaches to the Door
Unlock The Dune of Magma ruin by moving all the Primal Embers inside and leading them to the Primal Torches near the entrance.

Genshin - Dual Evidence - Head inside the door and drop down
Once done, go down the hole from the newly unlocked door.

Genshin - Dual Evidence - Drop down to the hole
Go down one more time until you land into the underground cave.

Genshin Impact - Follow Path
Follow the path until you reach the hidden Teleport Waypoint.

Enter the ruin in front of the Teleport Waypoint.

Genshin - Dual Evidence - Head inside Duat Hall
You can follow the Seelie inside and it will guide you to the Duat Hall Entrance.

Unlock the Duat Hall entrance using the Plinth of the Secret Rites during the Dual Evidence quest.

You can unlock Duat Hall during the Dual Evidence, a sub-quest of Old Notes and New Friends world quest. It is also the location of the Place of Swallowing, which you need to complete as a quest objective in order to proceed to the next part of the quest.

Genshin Impact - Go right from the Entrance
From the entrance, go down on the right side and enter the hallway.

Genshin Impact - Open Door to the Right
Open the door on the right. It requires Level 4 Clearance, so finish the Dual Evidence first to access it.

Genshin Impact - Ignore Primal Embers and Head Inside
There will be four Primal Embers inside. Ignore them and head inside.

Genshin Impact - Loot the Luxurious Chest
Open the Luxurious Chest lying in the middle of the room.

Genshin Impact - Follow the Primal Embers
Follow the Four Primal Embers from where you get the Luxurious Chest #1.

Genshin Impact - Release Primal Embers
Release them from the middle platform, with four inactive Primal Construct.

Genshin Impact - Fight or Follow the Primal Embers Back
Releasing those Primal Embers will activate the Primal Constructs. You can choose to fight them or immediately follow the Primal Embers back.

Genshin Impact - Loot the Precious Chest
Lead the Primal Embers to their designated Primal Torches and loot the Precious Chest that will appear.

Go to a Seelie below the entrance to the Duat Hall

Guide it to the opposite end of the Duat Hall. There will be invisible walls and platforms, so look out for them to follow the Seelie safely.

Open the Luxurious Chest once it reaches its statue.

You can find a Sacred Seal: Labor at the entrance of Duat Hall, near the Teleport Waypoint. You can get there by entering through The Dune of Magma.
