You can find Golden Rose Seeds in the Hypostyle Desert area in the desert of Sumeru.
Before you get the Golden Rose Seeds, you must complete the A Gifted Rose: Some People Never Fade Away quest. To get the Golden Rose Seeds, you must destroy the Stone Rose by using either claymore or Geo attacks.

You can plant these seeds at a dried up location in the Land of Lower Setekh. Defeat the Fungi nearby and then plant the seeds. Afterwards, use the Dendro element on the seeds and come back to the same location on the next server reset.
After the next server reset, go back to the same area and defeat the fungi. Use Dendro on the three sprouts to have them grow as Golden Roses.
Afterwards, go to the house located on the north of Aaru Village. Talk to Affan three times to collect up to 90 Primogems and a Songs Amongst the Stones furnishing item!
Hey dude next time give better instruction. It's not between Elusion and Magma. You should have said it's on the road to the north of Elusion. Also, it's not at the south of the transparent ruins, it's at the east. The only correct point is there're spectres nearby.
