The Bell can help Dehya the most, despite not being her best-in-slot weapon in the game. It can improve her overall HP pool, and it gives her a defensive boost thru The Bell's shield.

Same goes with Beidou and Dori, but slotting this weapon for them comes with sacrificing some of their other damage, and overall utility! However, if you don't have a temporary option for Dori and Beidou's weapon, The Bell should be a decent choice!
