The 4-Star pity rate for banners is 10 Wishes. This means that you're guaranteed a 4-Star drop if you didn't get one in the previous 9 Wishes. The pity count resets when you get a 4-Star character.

The first time you hit pity on a banner, there's a 50% chance it will be one of the featured 4-Star characters. If the first 4-Star drop on the banner isn't one of the featured characters, then your next 4-Star drop is guaranteed to be one of the featured 4-Star characters.

This pity count carries over banner changes of the same banner type. Character Event Wish and Character Event Wish-2 share a pity count.

The 5-Star pity rate for Event Wish Banners is 90 Wishes. This means that you're guaranteed a 5-Star drop if you didn't get one in the previous 89 Wishes. The pity count resets when you get a 5-Star character.

The first time you hit pity on an Event Wish Banner, there's a 50% chance you'll get the featured 5-Star and a 50% chance you'll get a standard 5-Star. If you didn't get the featured 5-Star the first time, then your next 5-Star drop is guaranteed to be the featured 5-Star.
