Cecilia Garden is located northwest of Wolvendom in Mondstadt. The domain is initially locked behind a Seelie Puzzle in the area.

How to Solve the Cecilia Garden Seelie Puzzle

To solve the Cecilia Garden puzzle, you have to find all Seelie and guide them to their courts. Once all Seelie are in place, the Anemo Monument in the middle will be unlocked. Use Anemo attacks on the unlocked monument to open the domain.

	How to Get to Each Seelie
1	Seelie 1 is hidden under a breakable rock pile. Use a claymore character like Noelle to destroy the rock pile quickly and free the Seelie.
2	Seelie 2 is surrounded by some Hilichurls. Defeat the Hilichurls to make guiding Seelie 2 back home easier!
3	Break the small stack of rocks beside Seelie 3 to reveal its court and guide it home.
4	Seelie 4 is surrounded by a wind barrier. Climb the wall beside the wind barrier and drop down inside. Use Anemo attacks on the monument to dispel the barrier. You will then be able to guide Seelie 4 home.

How to Clear the Cecilia Garden Domain

Bring Electro and Dendro for Hyperbloom

The enemies in Cecilia Garden consists mostly of Hydro slimes, making it easier to trigger Hyperbloom even with just Electro and Dendro characters!

Trigger Frozen or Electro-Charged Reactions

Cecilia Garden's Ley Line Disorder gives your party 75% more Electro DMG, so bringing Electro Characters to trigger Electro-Charged against enemies is also a good strategy.

You can also go for Freezing your Hydro-infused enemies with Cryo. You'll have to bring at least one Hydro character to be able to keep triggering the same reactions against the Fatui Pyro Agents.

Hit the enemies with Electro-Charged or even Hyperbloom reactions for high and consistent damage. You can also just freeze them for an easy clear!

In Version 4.8, the Ley Line Disorder for Cecilia Garden was changed, removing the Skill CD debuff, and reducing the enemies for all levels.
