How to Unlock Cecilia Garden

Cecilia Garden Location

Cecilia Garden is located northwest of Wolvendom in Mondstadt. The domain is initially locked behind a Seelie Puzzle in the area.

How to Solve the Cecilia Garden Seelie Puzzle

To solve the Cecilia Garden puzzle, you have to find all Seelie and guide them to their courts. Once all Seelie are in place, the Anemo Monument in the middle will be unlocked. Use Anemo attacks on the unlocked monument to open the domain.

Cecilia Garden Seelie Locations

	How to Get to Each Seelie
1	Seelie 1 is hidden under a breakable rock pile. Use a claymore character like Noelle to destroy the rock pile quickly and free the Seelie.
2	Seelie 2 is surrounded by some Hilichurls. Defeat the Hilichurls to make guiding Seelie 2 back home easier!
3	Break the small stack of rocks beside Seelie 3 to reveal its court and guide it home.
4	Seelie 4 is surrounded by a wind barrier. Climb the wall beside the wind barrier and drop down inside. Use Anemo attacks on the monument to dispel the barrier. You will then be able to guide Seelie 4 home.

Tips for Clearing the Domain

How to Get Rid of the Long Skill CDs

Character	How to Get Rid of the Longer CD
Bennett	・Use Bennetts' Elemental Burst. ・Each healing tick from the burst applies Pyro on you and removes the Hydro.
Xinyan	・Use Xinyan's Elemental Skill. ・Xinyan's shield has to be up when swapping to other characters to remove the Hydro status. ・The Hydro debuff takes a while to dispel.

You can actually remove the Hydro application to get rid of the long skill and burst cooldowns. The best character for doing that is Bennett. Here are some notes on how to do it:

• You have to get rid of the Hydro application before using your skill or burst. This prevents the CD increase.
• Getting rid of the Hydro status on you after your skill or burst is already on cooldown will not remove the additional CD.

Just use characters' Normal Attacks

Since the Cecilia Garden Domain only restricts your skill and burst, characters who deal heavy damage with just their Normal or Charged attacks can work around the handicap. Catalyst-users and Physical damage-dealing DPS characters are great for this!

Majority of Cecilia Garden's enemies use the Hydro element, so it's best to bring Electro and Cryo characters to the Domain.

Hit the enemies with Electro-Charged or Vaporize reactions for high and consistent damage. You can also just freeze them for an easy clear!
