How to Unlock Faded Theater

Head to the Nostoi Region in Fontaine

The domain is located east of Petrichor in Fontaine's Nostoi Region; to open it, simply go up to it and interact with it. Just like the other domains, first-time unlocking the Faded Theater will reward you 5 Primogems.
