Should you find yourself short on ATK, the Royal Grimoire can help you reach your desired numbers, especially when it comes to characters whose talents (may they be offensive or supportive) scale off of ATK.
The Royal Grimoire also provides a slight boost in CRIT Rate. However, this CRIT Rate buff clears up after a CRIT hit, so be sure to still build your characters with enough CRIT Rate especially if they are DPS characters!
