Other elements will also work against the enemies in this domain. However, it is highly recommended that you use Pyro element characters for maximum damage output.
Keep in mind that Healers and Shield Characters can help your survivability if you do not have enough Pyro DPS characters.
Since you will be fighting against mostly Cryo Element enemies, it is best that you use Pyro against them to instantly break down their shields for more damage.
