| Steps to Unlock the Domain | |

| 1 |  Teleport to the nearest waypoint in The Sands of Three Canals and drop down the cliff. |
| 2 |  Head to the group of Weathered Obelisks. |
| 3 |  Hit the larger Obelisk until you match with the corresponding symbol on the smaller Obelisk beside it. Match all three Obelisks to lead the Seelie back to its court. |
| 4 |  Head east to find the other Seelie and defeat the Ruin Drake. |
| 5 |  Guide the Seelie back to its Seelie Court. |
| 6 |  After completing the Seelie and Obelisk puzzle, the Fane of Panjvahe domain will unlock. |

You can find the Fane of Panjvahe domain east of the Sand of Three Canals in the Sumeru Desert. Luckily, this domain can be found on the surface, although it is locked by a puzzle.
