The Freedom-Sworn is good for off-field characters who can trigger Elemental Reactions. Support characters who don't have off-field DMG like Bennett will have to instead trigger Elemental Reactions when they use their Elemental Skill or Burst before swapping out.
This sword is best paired with Kazuha. Its Elemental Mastery stat is excellent for Anemo characters in addition to how easily he can trigger the weapon's passive skill while he's off-field. Characters like Jean or Kuki Shinobu can also make great use of this weapon!
Albedo with the Freedom-Sworn will make him act as more of a support character than a sub-DPS. Keep in mind that you need to trigger Elemental Reaction to trigger the passive, so this weapon isn't good for mono-Geo teams.
