You can get Amos' Bow by pulling on the Wanderlust Invocation Standard Wish Banner and the Epitome Invocation Weapon Wish Banner at a normal rate!

Amos' Bow was also available in the Epitome Invocation Wish Banner alongside Jadefall's Splendor in Version 3.6's Phase 2, which ran from May 2, 2023 to May 23, 2023.

The weapon Amos' Bow cannot be obtained from the Character Event Wish Banner.
