Head to the Belleau Region in Fontaine

The domain is located north of Romaritime Harbor in Fontaine's Belleau Region; to open it, simply go up to it and interact with it. Just like the other domains, first-time unlocking the Denouement of Sin will reward you 5 Primogems.
