>>1 You do realize that 1. Chongyuns skill concerts all normal and charged attack damage to cryo and as a result the substat bonus becomes useless and 2. The icicle that have bonus damage if target is frozen does not in itself deal cryo. It dela damage based on normal attack stat. Conclusion: you are wrong. Razor and Xinyan are the only two claymore wielding characters right now that can make proper use of this.

yall out here sleeping on this claymore. I have wolf's gravestone and still choose to use this weapon over it for Chongyun. the damage is insane, especially with refines

      I personally went for Barbara instead. DPS wise she ain't the best but her heals more than make up for it. Especially since they constantly apply Hydro to enemies around you, and you can spam Diluc's Skill for all your Vaporizing needs. So far, it's worked out just fine for me
