New Set Containing Mega Evolutions

Pokemon TCG Pocket - Mega Packs
A new Set showcased on the 2025 Pokemon World Championships was revealed showcasing Mega Altaria ex, Mega Blaziken ex, and Mega Gyarados ex!

These cards, unlike the base TCG, can evolve directly from their previous stage without the need to run the Pokemon it Mega Evolves from!

Cards Unveiled Have a Focus on Hoenn Region

Pokemon TCG Pocket - Mega Blaziken
Two out of the three Mega Evolution Cards unveiled are native to the Hoenn Region, which still has not been showcased in TCG Pocket. This could be a Hoenn focused set, similar to how the A1 exapnsions focused on Kanto and A2 for Sinnoh and Hisui!

Knocking Out a Mega Evolved Pokemon is an Automatic Win!

Pokemon TCG Pocket - Mega Altaria
A new rule added for these cards shows that knocking out a Mega Evolved ex Pokemon will give you Three Points! This could mean that while they are powerful, they could spell a huge turnabout when knocked out by the opponent!
