Jumpluff ex makes use of a hit and run strategy, making use of Skiploom and Jumpluff ex's Attacks to get them out of the Active Spot, and bring in a fresh Druddigon to soak up damage and put damage on the Defending Pokemon with Rough Skin.
Druddigon also becomes an effective attacker once it has three Energy with Dragon Claw.
Rocky Helmet provides additional damage, which is useful because the deck may have trouble scoring decisive KOs.
Irida can keep your Pokemon healthy for longer, healing all Pokemon with Water Energy attached.

Jumpluff ex's hit and run strategy is effective when it is able to hide behind Pom-Pom Oricorio and its Safeguard Ability.
The deck may not have the highest damage output, or the quickest setup, but it can win matches if your opponent does not have counterplay options against Pom-Pom Oricorio.

Jumpluff ex makes use of a hit and run strategy, making use of Skiploom and Jumpluff ex's Attacks to get them out of the Active Spot, and bring in a fresh Snorlax to soak up damage.
Snorlax can also attack when necessary with the use of Barry which lessens Snorlax's Attack Cost
Because Jumpluff ex's Breeze-By Attack costs only one Energy, you can commit all Energy attachments to Snorlax. But be careful on turns when you would want to
use Ilima, as you would lose all attached Energy.

Jumpluff ex and Skiploom can both deal damage and switch back to the Bench. This keeps them safe a retaliation from your opponents.

After Jumpluff ex or Skiploom switches back to your Bench, you can then promote suitable wall to soak up damage safely.
You would ideally want Pokemon with lots of HP like Snorlax or Snorlax ex which has synergy with Ilima or Druddigon whose Rough Skin deals 20 damage when the Defending Pokemon damages it.

You can pull up a damaged Jumpluff ex from the Bench using Cyrus.
Sabrina is also a great option, however the Jumpluff ex can keep their Jumpluff ex safe by benching another wall.

You can beat this hit and run strategy by simply OHKOing every Pokemon they put up against you. Strong ex Pokemon that can OHKO can easily win this matchup.
