You can get Gold card versions of Charizard, Pikachu, and Mewtwo by opening their respective packs!
They also count towards the limit of two cards, so you will not be able to add these in your deck if you have already added two cards with the same card name.
Gold crown rarity cards have a low 0.04% chance of appearing as your fourth card and 0.16% chance as your fifth card whenever you open a pack.
Although they have an extremely low chance of appearing when opening a pack, they can be pulled from any booster pack and are not exclusive unlike three-star cards, which could give you a tiny bit better chance of getting them even if you tend to open all kinds of booster pack.
For example, you can pull a gold crown Mewtwo card from a Pikachu booster pack.

In a god pack, all cards with a rarity of 1☆ or higher have a 5% chance to appear as one of the 5 cards in the pull. However, a pack containing only rare cards is extremely hard to obtain with only a 0.05% pull rate.
