A successful T1 Misty can often spell victory for Articuno ex decks, creating an advantage that's difficult to catch up to. Use Misty and turn attachments to power up Articuno ex as quick as possible.

Strategy 2: Red Card

This deck is one of few that can make use of Hand Scope. Use Hand Scope to decide whether or not it's good to use Red Card for the turn!

A well-placed Red Card can keep an opponent from mounting offense.
