This deck has access to T1 Misty and Articuno ex. Multiple lucky heads flip can allow you to take over a game, leading to an advantage that's extremely difficult to catch up to.
Bench a Helix Fossil, ready to evolve it the following turn. Use Professor's Research to dig for Omanyte and Omastar.

Omastar can invalidate attackers with Ancient Whirlpool preventing them from attacking. Do note, however, that opponents can remove this condition by evolving or retreating. Use this on attackers that are already set up to steal a turn from opponents.
T1 Misty | ||

A successful T1 Misty can often spell victory for Articuno ex decks, creating an advantage that's difficult to catch up to. Use Misty and turn attachments to power up Articuno ex as quick as possible.

This list cuts Articuno ex in favor of Kangaskhan and Meowth for strategies that don't involve Misty. This can more consistently lean into Omastar as a late-game attacker with Kangaskhan to protect it and Meowth to help you draw into evolutions.
