This is a straightforward Dragonite ex build that makes use of Pom-Pom Oricorio and Pichu for Energy acceleration.
Pom-Pom Oricorio can work as a win condition against decks with no options against it, such as unprepared Solgaleo ex and Shiinotic decks. Pichu can accelerate Energy onto your benched Pokemon on the first turn.
This deck makes use of Lyra as well as Pichu's free Retreat cost to let you use Dragonite ex's Giga Impact consecutively.
While not a deck consisting solely of Dragon-types, its main attacker, Dragonite ex, is a Dragon-type itself.

This deck makes use of Druddigon in the early to mid game as a wall to protect your Benched Gibles. Have Gible sit on the Bench until it is ready to evolve and attack as Garchomp.
Use Cynthia for scoring big KOs on an ex, and Irida to keep your Dragons healthy.

Powerful but Requires Difficult Set Up
A common theme for Dragon-type cards is that they can deal a lot of damage but need specific set-ups. There are currently only 6 cards of this type.
All of these Dragon pokemon cause a lot of damage through attacks or abilities, but are difficult to set up for attacks, since they need energies from different energy types.
