Deck Tier List Criteria

S The best decks are in the S tier, which are decks that have amazing consistency on top of being easy to build and function with minimal difficulty.
A Tier A Tier Decks are also powerful, and can also function at a high level, but may not be as easy to pilot as the S Tiers.
B Tier B Tier Decks are decent, but would require more skill to achieve success with.

・Lots of possible partners for Dragonite to help the strategy.

・Weezing can inflict Poison on the opponent's active Pokemon and can easily be scooped out with Koga.

・Aerodactyl can be disruptive on lucky heads flips and can sometimes win you games.

Card Tier List Criteria

S The best cards are in the S tier, which are cards that will always be impactful whenever they are played. These are cards that must always be answered or else they will take over a game.
A Tier A Tier cards are cards that are also powerful but do not necessarily centralize a game when they are on the field.
B Tier B Tier cards are less impactful but are still worth using in a deck.

Card Explanation
Pokemon TCG Pocket - A1a 056 DruddigonDruddigon ・ Can stall the early game with its Rough Skin ability.
・ Rough Skin will damage any attacking pokemon by -20 HP.
・ Can be set up right away with no evolutions.
Pokemon TCG Pocket - A2 123 GarchompGarchomp ・Reckless Shearing can cut through decks for better cards faster.
・ 2 energy cost for 100 damage.
・ Synergizes with Cynthia.

A Tier

Card Explanation
Pokemon TCG Pocket - A1 185 DragoniteDragonite ・ Can win games if set up successfully.
・ Good 160 HP, making it difficult to knock out.
・ Has high energy cost and can be luck-reliant.

B Tier

Card Explanation
Pokemon TCG Pocket - A2a 061 GiratinaGiratina ・High HP, High attack.
・Deals 120 damage but very energy consuming since it discards 2 random energy per attack.

Powerful but Requires Difficult Set Up

A common theme for Dragon type cards is that they can deal a lot of damage but need specific set-ups.

Currently, the only four Dragon-type cards in the game. These are Genetic Apex Dragonite, Mythical Island Druddigon, Space-Time Smackdown Garchomp, and Triumphant Light Giratina.

All of these Dragon pokemon cause a lot of damage through attacks or abilities, but are difficult to set up for attacks, since they need energies from different energy types.
