Pheromosa provides a strong early-game offensive pressure with Jump Blues spreading damage across the board. Buzzwole ex can come in later in the game after Pheromosa has been KOd.
The Grass-types in the deck benefit from cards like Erika and Leaf Cape, which have synergy with Grass-type Pokemon.
Lusamine in the late-game can help you set up Buzzwole ex quickly by attaching Energy from the Discard Pile.

This deck has Pheromosa as an early-game attacker, being able to damage both Active Pokemon and Benched Pokemon. Once Decidueye ex is set up, it can attack the Pokemon that Pheromosa has damaged with Pierce the Pain.

Nihilego works together with Naganadel to maximize on incremental damage throughout the battle.
It only costs 1 Darkness energy to use Naganadel's attack, which can immediately inflict Poison on the opponent's defending Pokemon. Nihilego's ability can then boost the Poison damage by +10.
If you have more than one Nihilego in play, the effect can stack and you can deal 30 damage per turn through Poison.
Darkrai ex contributes to the chip damage through its own ability, which deals +20 damage to the opponent's Active Pokemon every time an energy is placed on the card. Since Nihilego and Naganadel's attacks don't do a lot of damage, Darkrai ex can also serve as an attacker who can deal with tankier Pokemon.

It's best to use Turtonator in the early game to knock out at least one Pokemon. You can help set up Turtonator using Kiawe.
Once you've gotten one or two points, you can let Turtonator go down and use Lusamine to set up Blacephalon with the fainted Turtonator's Energy. It is recommended to have the Beastite Pokemon Tool attached to Blacephalon to boost its damage output even further.

Buzzwole ex's main strength is its Big Beat Attack, which comes with the restriction of not being usable the following turn. This gets reset once it gets benched. Buzzwole ex decks have plenty of ways to get around this restriction, and allow Buzzwole ex to use Big Beat consecutively.
Celesteela's Ultra Thrusters bring Buzzwole ex back to the Bench, allowing for a low Retreat Cost partner to go into the Active Spot, such as Pheromosa or Kartana.
Having two Celesteela on board can allow you to use Ultra Thrusters twice.

Guzzlord ex's Grindcore can be oppressive if it is able to successfully discard your opponent's Energy. This is reliant on heads flips, however, so relying on this as a main strategy may not be very consistent.
Guzzlord ex also has a notable Weakness to Grass, a very relevant type in the Extradimensional Crisis metagame.

Nihilego enables Poison-centric strategies and makes them even more effective with its More Poison Ability. This Ability stacks, inflicting even more Poison damage between turns to your opponent's Active Pokemon.

Lusamine helps you quickly set up an Ultra Beast after your opponent has taken a point, allowing you to have a backup attacker ready without any trouble.

Celesteela is a great inclusion to decks with Ultra Beasts because of its Ultra Thrusters Ability, that grants them the ability to switch out.

Beastite increases the damage done by your Ultra Beasts by 10 to your opponent's Active Pokemon. This is great for giving your Ultra Beasts a bit of extra damage, which may prove useful for taking knock outs.

Beast Wall reduces the amount of damage received by your Ultra Beasts by 20, but comes with the restriction of only being usable if your opponent hasn't taken any points.
