All the Fighting Pokemon in the deck have cheap and efficient attacks and Retreat Costs, and have a variety of purposes. All the Pokemon in the deck are single point attackers. Magneton's Volt Charge can get Lightning Energy from the Energy Zone, even if you set your Energy Zone to only Dark.

Best Starting Hand

Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan are both effective starters. Use Hitmonlee to snipe a benched Pokemon to bring it up with Cyrus for an eventual KO.

Bench a Magnemite whenever you have it, and evolve it into Magneton as soon as you can.

Other Good Starting Cards

Recommended Starting Hand

Magnemite and Magneton are great to have in your opening hand. Use Poke Ball to find a Basic Pokemon that you can trade away with Pokemon Communication if your hand isn't optimal.
