Starting with Eevee is decent enough and can knock out a ton of early-game Pokemon if you're lucky. You can then use Professor Oak to look for your other important pieces like Articuno ex, Leaf, and Misty.

A successful T1 Misty can often spell victory for Articuno ex decks, creating an advantage that's difficult to catch up to. Use Misty and turn attachments to power up Articuno ex as quick as possible.

Vaporeon and Leaf can be used in tandem to be more efficient with your attached Energy and also for paying for Articuno or Articuno ex's high energy cost.
Use Leaf to reduce the Retreat Cost of your active pokemon and bring them to the Bench. Afterwards, you can use Vaporeon's Wash Out Ability to take the energy of your Benched Pokemon and transfer them to Articuno or Articuno ex.

Just like any Articuno ex deck, this features a Pokemon that can snowball if you're lucky with Misty. With Vaporeon and Leaf giving you extra protection if your Articuno ex reaches a low HP Treshold.

This deck ditches the Leaf and Articuno ex cards for Starmie ex as it has no Retreat cost on top of its cheap energy attack. You can then shuffle around your Energy with Vaporeon so you can swap to Articuno for a chance to Paralyze your opponent.
