Miltank acts as the sole attacker in this deck. It can increase the power of Rolling Frenzy every time it uses the move. This gives it the ability to deal a great amount of damage for only 1 Energy. Since it is difficult to build up damage a second time, this deck only has one Miltank.
This deck mostly consists of Trainer Cards that can support Miltank. It has access to a lot of healing cards, including Irida since it uses Water Energy. There are also cards that disrupt the opponent such as Cyrus, Red Card, and Silver.

| Mega Rising | No cards needed from this expansion. |
| Promo-A | Potion x 2 (Promo-A Pack) Red Card x 2 (Promo-A Pack) Professor's Research x 2 (Promo-A Pack) |

Since Miltank is meant to be a main attacker, it is good to keep it healthy. Whitney can heal both its HP and Status Effects, making it a vital Supporter for Miltank decks.

Miltank works best against weaker Pokemon. You may draw them out from the Bench using Sabrina or Cyrus in order to score KOs.

Miltank cannot do anything against Pokemon who can knock it out in one hit. It is ideal to use Pokemon with high attacking power against Miltank decks.

Miltank decks rely on Trainer Cards to heal its HP. You may use Red Card or Mars to disrupt the opponent. These cards can reduce the number of cards in their hand, which can throw off their strategy.
