Guzzlord ex is the deck's primary attacker, with a single copy of Celesteela to give your Guzzlord exs free switches. This deck matches up favorably against Suicune ex decks thanks to its low Pokemon count, limiting Suicune ex's damage output.
Celesteela and a single copy of Will can give you an option for Pom-Pom Oricorio.
Lusamine is used as a quick way to set up a backup Guzzlord ex after one of your Pokemon have been knocked out.

Guzzlord ex is paired up with Nihilego as the deck's offensive options, while Celesteela can help the deck with mobility and flexibility with Ultra Thrusters letting you switch your Ultra Beasts at will.
Poison Barb is used to provide incremental damage, which also synergizes with Nihilego's More Poison Ability.
Lusamine in the late-game can help you set up Guzzlord ex quickly by attaching Energy from the Discard Pile.

This deck relies on Umbreon to prevent attacks from Basic Pokemon. Poison Barb and Nihilego provide additional damage through the Poison Status Effect.
Guzzlord ex is used as a finisher. It can also be used to counter evolved Pokemon that Umbreon cannot deal with.

Guzzlord ex goes all in with its disruption strategy when partnered with Beedrill ex whose Crushing Spear also discards Energy from the Defending Pokemon.
The Pokemon in the deck need multiple turns to set up, but once the Pokemon are ready, they can lock opponents out of Energy.
Lusamine in the late-game can help you set up Guzzlord ex quickly by attaching Energy from the Discard Pile.

Giratina ex is partnered with Guzzlord ex, instead of the usual Darkrai ex. This gives Giratina ex a disruptive partner that can set up KOs for it later in the game.
Snorlax and Barry are included in the deck, as a single-point option that can take on the likes of Pom-Pom Oricorio.

Greninja helps with Guzzlord ex's low damage output, by being a reliable source of damage once it is set up. Since the deck runs Darkness Energy, Guzzlord ex can also use Tyrannical Hole later in the game and deal 120 damage when it has to.
Greninja can also immediately make your Cyrus usable. Snipe a Benched Pokemon, pull it up with Cyrus, then attempt to trap it with Guzzlord ex by denying it Energy and other options.
Darkrai ex is also included in the deck, but because your Pokemon require multiple Energy to attack, your Energy attachments should be planned carefully.

Cards like Sabrina and Cyrus can force your opponents into disadvantageous situations, forcing them to switch in an unprepared Benched Pokemon.
Once trapped, Guzzlord ex can continuously deny them of Energy to Retreat or Attack, and eventually score a KO.

Because Guzzlord ex does not have the necessary firepower to take KOs, its partners will have to take KOs for you. Use Celesteela to get Guzzlord ex out of the Active Spot and take KOs when you can.

Most Grass decks are able to be effective with only a few Energy attachments. Try attaching additional Energies to your Pokemon so that you don't fall victim to Guzzlord ex and Team Rocket Grunt plays.
Pokemon that are able to attack for only one Energy are also difficult for Guzzlord ex to disrupt effectively.

Guzzlord ex lacks the necessary damage output to get KOs if it is only using Grindcore. You can win damage trades if your Pokemon can stay healthy and are able to keep enough Energy to continously attack it.
HP Recovery and Healing Cards List

Guzzlord ex and its partners will not be able to withstand damage from Energy-efficient Grass-types like Meowscarada and Decidueye ex. Use these Pokemon to get an immediate advantage against these Dark-type decks.

I think it's a mistake. It should be Team Rocket instead
