Special Shop Tickets can be purchased at the Shop for 300 Shop Tickets each. It’s a very costly item, but it lets you avoid having to sacrifice any of your precious rare cards.
How to Get and Use Shop Tickets: Farming Guide

Cards that are a star rarity and above can be exchanged for Special Shop Tickets.
To exchange a rare card, go to My Cards. Tap on the rare card of your choice, and select Obtain Flair. Tap on the Special Shop Ticket icon, and exchange the required card and Shinedust.
The card exchanged will be consumed and removed from your collection. Take note that you can only exchange cards if there will be at least two copies of that card left in your collection after the exchange.

Special Shop Tickets are used only in the Special section in the Main part of the Shop. This can contain special collections of items and accessories such as the Special Series accessory set.

Special Shop Tickets are only worth getting if you like an item from the Special Shop. Otherwise, it’s best to save your Shop Tickets to purchase hourglasses, accessories, and Item cards, and use your rare cards for Flairs and trading once that feature is available.
