Rapidash and Magmar are Fire-Types with low-energy cost attacks, and are fairly easy to set up. Using these two should allow you to clear the Solo Battle tasks, and as long as your opponent fails to set up Venusaur, these two should be able to hold their own against the other Pokemon in the deck.
For premium alternatives, you can use other Fire-types like Charizard ex and Moltres ex, which should give you an easier victory with the proper setup!

Heliolisk's attack costs 2 energy, and can deal 60 danage consistently against water types, and 100 damage if you get lucky with the coin flip. This should be enough to take out most of the Pokemon in this deck, but starting off with Zebstrika should allow you to damage Pokemon even from the bench, allowing Heliolisk a clean KO once they are fielded.
Other Lightning-types are also viable, but Blastoise ex can become quite a problem if not dealt with early on!
