You may use Meowscarada to counter the ex Pokemon in the opponent's deck. Its attack is powerful against ex Pokemon, and with the existence of Red, it can OHKO both Lucario ex and Garchomp ex. It also does not receive effective damage from Sudowoodo's attack since it is a non-ex Pokemon.

Meowscarada is a good option, as it can OHKO Guzzlord ex with the assistance of Red. Since it is an evolved Pokemon, Umbreon's Dark Binding cannot prevent it from attacking.

It is good to bring healing cards to this battle. Crobat ex and Nihilego can inflict Poison, so it may be good to bring Pokemon Center Lady or Big Malasada. Alternatively, you can bring cards that lower your Pokemon's Retreat Cost so that it can heal its Status Effect by being Benched.

To prevent Lugia ex from setting up, it's recommended to get rid of Ho-oh ex as soon as possible using Lightning-type Pokemon that are easy to set up such as Pom-Pom Style Oricorio. You may also use Repel to prevent your opponent from attacking after setting up.

Nidoqueen & Nidoking Deck Strategy

Pokeball Icon Finish the match quickly

Pokeball Icon Use Fighting-Type Pokemon

Mienshao and Dugtrio's attacks only cost 1 energy, and are Stage 1 Pokemon, making them easy to evolve into. Using these Pokemon to continously deal super effective damage while the AI sets up should result in a quick victory for you.

Other Fighting-Type pokemon can also be used against this Deck, just try to prevent the AI from evolving Nidoking and Nidoqueen to avoid facing a harder battle than it should be.
