Accelerate Water Energy
Water-types have the advantage against the opposing deck. In order to quickly use their stronger attacks, you may use cards that accelerate Energy.
Hand Disruption
Flareon ex may need Trainer Cards in order to land vital KOs. Entei ex helps in finding these cards with its Legendary Pulse Ability.
You may counter them by using cards that shuffle the opponent's hand back into their deck.

Meowscarada deals great damage to ex Pokemon, being able to knock them out in two hits. It can also survive its opponents' attacks with the help of the Leaf Cape.
Beedrill ex can help deal with Flareon ex. It can discard Energy upon attacking, which can prevent your opponent from using their moves. It also has good bulk, which means it can survive one Eevee Bag-boosted attack.
This deck makes use of Stage 2 Pokemon, making it a bit inconsistent. You may opt to concede and try again if you do not get evolution cards early.

Type: Null is guaranteed to be your Basic Pokemon upon starting a match, since it's the only Basic Pokemon in this deck. You should be able to evolve it quickly with the help of Gladion and Professor's Research.
Once you have Silvally on hand, it's recommended to use Supporter cards every turn in order to boost your attack's damage to 100.
Silvally isn't your only source of damage on this deck, though. Rampardos allows you to have a bulkier Pokemon in your deck that can do a lot of damage without too much setup. You can get this Pokemon in this deck by using Rare Candy on a Skull Fossil.

In place of Misty, you can use Manaphy to attach extra Water Energy to multiple Pokemon in your Bench. You may also use Mantyke, but it has low HP and only attaches Energy to one Pokemon.
The Water Pokemon in this deck are all viable attackers, but take time to set up. Ideally, you would want at least 2 Pokemon in your Bench to be ready to use their moves through Manaphy.
