You may use Lightning-types to counter Palkia ex with a Type advantage. Strong single-point attackers such as Genetic Apex Raichu and Space-Time Smackdown Magnezone are able to OHKO ex opponents with the help of Red. Raichu is also able to knock out Glaceon ex in one attack.

You may prioritize knocking out Manaphy before it accelerates Energy. Basic ex Pokemon such as Genetic Apex Pikachu ex and Pachirisu ex can be set up easily and have efficient Attack Costs. Use them to land KOs quickly.

It is useful to have HP items in your hand so you can withstand the threat of Glaceon ex's ability. Cards like Potion and Pokemon Center Lady can restore HP for your Pokemon.
Alternatively, the Giant Cape can extend your HP by 20 and give you the extra health you need to keep your Pokemon alive for another turn.

You may use the Genetic Apex Charizard ex and Moltres ex Deck for the Fire-type Battle Task. It has access to Energy acceleration and Pokemon with high firepower.
Charizard ex is the deck's main attacker, often only needing only two attacks with Crimson Storm to score a victory.
This win condition is dependent on your opponent having an ex Pokemon, however. Decks with only single point attackers will require Charizard ex to attack thrice and commit even more resources to it.
Charizard ex gets new Charmander and Charmeleon from Shining Revelry which requires you to commit less resources if they have to attack.

You may try to clear the No Trainers Battle Task by using the Dialga Trainerless Deck.
This deck features Dialga ex as its main attacker accompanied by Colorless and Metal Pokemon. It often spells a win if you are able to start with Dialga ex and bench a Yanma or Jigglypuff with an evolution ready.
This Trainerless deck also makes use of Arceus ex as an attacker. You may use it against an opponent with a filled Bench.
