You may use a fast Water-type Pokemon to land KOs quickly. Suicune ex is a good option, as it has a low Attack Cost and can deal good damage with a filled-out bench.

Skeledirge can boost its allies' damage, helping them KO Pokemon with high HP. In order to prevent your opponent from scoring, you may use cards that increase or heal your Pokemon's HP. This can keep them out of KO range.

You may prevent Skeledirge from boosting its allies' damage by defeating its pre-evolutions. You may use Sabrina to draw another Pokemon out from the Bench.
Alternatively, you may use Greninja's Ability to damage Fuecoco or Crocalor from your opponent's Bench, then draw them out with Cyrus. This will give your main attacker the opportunity to land a KO.

This deck has Pheromosa as an early-game attacker, being able to damage both Active Pokemon and Benched Pokemon. Once Decidueye ex is set up, it can attack the Pokemon that Pheromosa has damaged with Pierce the Pain.
In order to avoid getting KO'd, you may use the Leaf Cape to increase your Pokemon's HP. You may also heal their HP with Erika.
The deck gains access to Hau, which can boost Decidueye ex's damage. Do note that this can only increase the damage of Razor Leaf, and Pierce the Pain if it is damaging the Active Pokemon.

Type: Null is guaranteed to be your Basic Pokemon upon starting a match, since it's the only Basic Pokemon in this deck. You should be able to evolve it quickly with the help of Gladion and Professor's Research.
Once you have Silvally on hand, it's recommended to use Supporter cards every turn in order to boost your attack's damage to 100.
Silvally isn't your only source of damage on this deck, though. Rampardos allows you to have a bulkier Pokemon in your deck that can do a lot of damage without too much setup. You can get this Pokemon to evolve quickly by using Rare Candy on a Skull Fossil.

This is a flexible deck that revolves around Mega Rising Golurk and its Heavy Rocket attack which can deal up to 180 Damage with only 2 Energy.
The 2 Golett should be the only Basic Pokemon of this deck, and there are 4 Supporters to help you look for the Golurk for evolution.
Since the core consists of only 8 cards, the other 12 cards of the deck can be filled up with different Pokemon from the Paldean Wonders Expansion, fulfilling the requirements of the Battle Task.
Just make sure to only add Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pokemon so that you are guaranteed a Golett in your starting hand and with Poke Ball. Additionally, only add those with Retreat Costs of 3 or more to empower Golurk's Heavy Rocket.
As a bonus, you can add or remove Mega Evolution ex cards as needed to fulfill other Battle Tasks.
